Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strength, and endurance in the legs, arms, abdominals, hips, and back. At Tri-State Athletic Club, we offer private and semi-private pilates sessions with some of the most experienced Pilates instructors in the Evansville area.

MENU OF SERVICES
Private Pilates Training: Private sessions can be arranged personally through any of our trained instructors. Pick your group, pick your time/day and we will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Pricing is based on the number of participants in each session.
Introductory Package: Reserved for any new participant that wishes to learn the basics of equipment-based Pilates as well as the essential exercises required for success in any Pilates program. This package includes three 1-hour sessions for $99 - a $165.00 value.
OPEN “Drop-In” Classes: Limited to six participants. Must sign up at the front desk to reserve your spot. Reservations must be cancelled within 24 hours of class time or participant will be charged. Drop-in classes are free for GOLD members after an intro package. SILVER members can drop in at $15 per class after an intro package.
