WERQ Pop-Up Class - Saturday 9/8 @ 8:00 am 

  • Join Kayla Thomas for the wildly addictive cardio dance class, WERQ! As a pop-up, this class is used to measure member excitement and interest in the program. Feedback welcomed and highly encouraged. Grab a friend and join us for some FUN!

    WERQ (pronounced "work") is the fiercely fun, dance fitness workout based on pop and hip hop music. Wear workout clothes and gym shoes. Expect to SWEAT and burn around 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ! All dance and fitness abilities welcome. Open to members and their guests.
